Monumental Stretching has over 8 years of experience with Non- Athletes and Professionals. From one on one to group sessions we offer a wide variety. We believe in bettering ones physical, mental, and medical lifestyles.
What is PNF Stretching? Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) is better known as Assisted Stretching. The technique is usually performed with a trainer who provides resistance. There are 3 types of PNF methods that include Contracting, Holding, Releasing and Stretching the Target Muscle.
Personal Training is for everyone and helps you avoid the monotony of working out alone. Each workout is designed to offer each client what they need. From circuit training, weightlifting, core/ stability and flexibility.
Our goal is to make you feel better as quickly as possible. Assisted Stretching is used to relieve pain, improve muscle elasticity and range of motion (ROM). With years of experience, Monumental will assess you and create a custom wellness plan that's right for you. We understand the importance of educating you on the most effective ways to take care of your body, so that you can heal quickly.
